For TDOffice we offer the following three possible purchase options. With each option, you get all the features that TDOffice has to offer. In no way do we work with modules or functions that you do not get. In addition, we have not increased our prices for more than 10 years, while the functionality has increased tenfold.
TDOffice is the program with the most efficient functionality for the lowest price.
We offer options 1 and 2 especially for companies that do not feel familiar with the SaaS concept. We would like to offer all our customers a working method that suits them. For that reason, we do not work with a price per number of users within a license. You can create employees in TDOffice to your heart’s content without increasing your monthly amount, which is great, and this also ensures no unforeseen costs when expanding your TD.
With a clear and effective implementation plan, we ensure smooth deployment of TDOffice.
You collect all necessary data such as machine information and supplier data, after all you are the best expert of your factory and situation. You can enter this information in our simple Excel templates (or directly in TDOffice). We then ensure that this information and knowledge is properly and structured in TDOffice.
Because our software is intuitive and user-friendly, the support hours required on our part are limited. Experience shows that in most implementation projects less than 10 hours of support from our company is required. We do all this at your location or via Teams. This way we keep it easy and the costs remain attractive. Most software providers want you to take as much support time as possible. Implementation costs can therefore be high.
The first months you will have access to a production environment and a training environment on our server. You can practice this extensively and we can guide you during the implementation.
We phase the implementation according to your functionality needs. You determine the speed and method at which we set up the implementation. We can easily import any data from other software packages to TDOffice.
If desired, we have contact with affiliated parties who can help you collect information and thus also organize TDOffice.
