Through the Alert function you’re able to let TDOffice send automatic e-mails when a trigger you determine takes place. For example, when a new workorder is created, the Alerter can send an email to the responsible employee. It can also trigger on date planned events, for example, one day before a workorders needs to be ready to give a warning. These are just a few of the many options available.

The text in the email can be custom made and have all the information you need, with or without attachments.

The Alerter can be used with TDOffice, INCIDENTOffice, SHEQOffice and INSPECTOffice.
